PACK KLAIPĖDA is a modern manufacturing company specializing in the production of plastic foamed and rigid packaging made from XPP, XPS, PP, PET, and rPET. We offer sustainable solutions tailored to specific customer needs in the Food-to-Go, Ready Meals, and Fresh Meat segments.
Our target partners are food manufacturers, food retailers, and food service providers that require packaging solutions designed to optimize their supply chains and reduce the total cost of ownership. Our thermoformed food trays meet the highest quality standards and provide excellent food safety, maximum consumer convenience, and functionality at the point of sale.
We are committed to circular economy initiatives in packaging and offer fully recyclable PET, PP, XPP, and XPS trays containing recycled material. Our latest investments have focused on increasing our production capacity and offering the market a wider range of food packaging solutions. We have integrated the entire process, from extrusion to thermoforming of the final product. For food applications, we manufacture XPS and XPP thermoformed trays, rigid PP and PET trays, and MAP trays with an absorber option. We also use recycled materials, including rPP, rPET, and rPS. For non-food applications, we manufacture XPS insulation materials for household use containing recycled PS. This is part of a circular economy initiative in which regionally collected PS waste is converted back into functional, high-quality products.
